Northwood Needs You!

As a school with a very limited budget we work very hard to ensure that the
money we do have is spent in a way that will always ultimately benefit the
children. As a result, there is very little money left for improving the look of
the school. With this in mind we are planning a school make-over during the
Easter Holidays and we are hoping for your help. We are planning to clean and
decorate the foyer, office and hall areas all with the help of willing volunteers.
We are asking staff, parents, children and members of the IW community to
donate a day to help us with our project. You do not need any particular skills,
just lots of enthusiasm, but if you are a handy carpenter or amazing artist
please let us know. Mrs Green has contacted the IW College to see if they can
help and we will be approaching local businesses to donate materials. If you can
donate any time, have any useful contacts or great ideas please come in the
office and chat to Mrs Green or myself.
The school will be open from Monday 1st April until Thursday 11th and we hope to
get the project completed in this time.
We think this would be a great opportunity to build upon our Northwood
Community Spirit and to show that anything is possible when we work together.
