IOW Music Service.
Dinner money.
Chinese dresses required.
New Schoolwaterproof Jackets??

J The Isle of Wight Music Service is holding an open morning

for children who might like to learn to play a musical instrument. This open invitation to meet with teachers and have a go at a variety of musical instruments will take place at Newport C.E. Primary School on Saturday 28th June 10.00am-

1.00pm.  You can collect a leaflet giving you more information from the office.

J PLEASE send in dinner money in a named envelope.

J As our rehearsals for the KS2 play get underway, some of the girls will be looking for Chinese dresses.  If any one has such a dress and it’s red, please could we borrow it?  Chinese style material would also be appreciated.

J We are considering adding Waterproof Jackets to our range of school uniform.  These jackets are reversible and embroidered with the school logo. They are waterproof on one side, fleece on the other and have a hood in the collar

They make an ideal winter coat.  If you would like to look at one please ask at the office.  If you would like to purchase one they will cost £17-50 and will need to be ordered.

J A final appeal from KS2.  If you have an airbed that we could borrow for the pen friends to sleep on please could you let Ms. Kay or Mrs. Hayward know by Monday morning.  We are a bit short on beds this year.

J The children in Maple Tree class will be inviting a guest to join them for lunch on Thursday 26th June. Please make sure that lunches are booked and paid for by Tuesday at the latest,

thank you.

J Don’t forget to come to the Summer Fair on Saturday.  You’ll have the opportunity to throw wet sponges at Mr. Barry if you do !!

J Mrs. Miles has the Sing a thon timetable pinned up on her door and some brave people have already signed up to do a spot!!  Have you?
