What a wonderful school; a message from a visitor

Today I visited Northwood Primary School and was extremely impressed with what I saw. First of all I could not help but admire the garden with its crop of vegetables and pots of brightly coloured flowers that were planted by the children. The art work around the school was superb and the classrooms filled with exciting and colourful displays; not one inch of space was unused!
In each of the classrooms I met children who were engaged in their learning and eager to share their work with me. Class 4 were busy preparing 'Welcome' posters for their penpals from London whom they were about to meet; an evening of fun was planned for the penpals who were also having a sleepover in the school hall.
A big "Thank you" to Mrs Vicki Johnson and to all the other staff who made me so welcome; I came away with lots of ideas to take back to my own school.
