I'm so impressed that you're having an open day to show off your horticultural skills. If I lived a bit closer, I'd come along myself to see what you've been doing and to sample your produce (and perhaps, a cream tea)! There is so much to be gained from a "hands on" approach to learning through gardening and it's lovely to see that the "magic" of growing your own food is being enjoyed by all your pupils. Brilliant!
